AK Interactive Wash for Wood (AK263)

Wash for Wood brings out the grain and depth in any timber surface an enamel wash that flows into the cut lines and texture of decks, crates, barrels and stowage to turn flat brown paint into convincingly aged wood.

Best for

• Defining grain and planking on decks and crates
• Adding shadow to barrels, boxes and wooden stowage
• Aging figure bases and terrain timber

Flow it over a gloss or satin coat, let it settle into the grain, then lift the excess so the raised wood stays lighter. Layer it for deeper, older, more weathered timber.

Ready to use straight from the jar. Pair it with the wood filters in the AK Interactive Weathering Effects range for realistic timber.
